The first-degree curriculum is taught in group class sessions, two weekend days each month (except for holidays). The curriculum starts at the end of August each year, and it is designed so that certain lessons align with certain times of the year. For example, the Pagan version of "Silent Night" is assigned around Yule, and the lesson on Spiritual Sexuality is taught near Beltane.
